Luis Enrique’s men were in total control from start to finish and didn’t let their opponent any sniff of a chance.
The deadlock was broken as early as the 10th minute, when Lee Kang-in took full advantage of Achraf Hakimi excellent pass.
The host doubled their lead in the second half through Warren Zaire-Emery and the third goal followed soon after. This time it was substitute Vitinha, who rounded off the final scoreline of 3-0.
The Paris team was smooth sailing from there on and it was just closing out the match.
It was an important victory for Luis Enrique’s side as they now have 24 points, 2 more than Nice, who play over the weekend.
