Marcus and the Red Devils reached an agreement in principle over a new deal.

A contract until 2028 is in the final steps of negotiation and set to be inked by the player, who denied more well-paid offers from other Premier League clubs and the biggest sides in Europe to stay at Old Trafford.

Rashford is playing his best football since Erik ten Hag became the team’s head coach after struggling in the previous 18 months and finished the campaign as the Red Devils’ top scorer with 30 goals in all tournaments.

The England international is the 1st player to breach the 30-goal mark for Man. United since Robin van Persie did it in 2012-13.

Marcus’ goals helped the club to be back in the top 4 and clinch a place in the Champions League in the upcoming season, and that’s convinced Rashford that Manchester United is progressing with the current manager.

Marcus is a product of the Red Devils academy and has been part of the organization since he was 7.
