“It’ll be a few fortnights,” the quarterback claimed during his regular appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Aaron, who underwent surgery 2 months ago, sparked speculation about being on the field again a few days ago after his franchise’s 27-6 defeat in the Big Apple against the LA Chargers. During the postmatch handshake, he told Los Angeles safety Derwin James that he plans to be on the field in “a few weeks.” His words were filmed, and the video went viral on social media.
Today, Rodgers claimed that he was joking with the safety, whom he knows well because they are both part of the same agency.
