Before turning to scouting, the safety competed for 10 campaigns in the National Football League. That featured 3 and a half campaigns with the Ravens, where he worked with current LA D-coordinator Jesse Minter.
“Jefferson is a footballer I’ve known since 2017 and just a pro’s pro that is very smart and can adapt very quickly to our style,” Minter claimed.
Minter added that he thinks that Tony really wants to be on the field as the veteran trained really hard in the past several months to return to his best shape.
Tony was played with the Giants 2 years ago, where he appeared in 9 matches and had 23 tackles.
