Bayern Munich has reportedly reached out to Zinedine Zidane’s representatives regarding the possibility of him taking over as the club’s new head coach, as reported by “Marca.” This happened just days ago.
The Bavarian club has considered the Frenchman as a potential candidate to succeed departing coach Thomas Tuchel for a long time. However, it is now understood that concrete discussions have taken place with Zidane’s agents to gauge his interest in returning to coaching. Some reports suggest that Zidane is indeed open to resuming his managerial career.
Zidane has been out of work for nearly three years since departing Real Madrid for the second time in the summer of 2021. Throughout his coaching career, he has exclusively been associated with Real Madrid, where he spent a total of four seasons with the first team and an additional two seasons with the reserve team.
