Koulibaly joins Al Hilal in another Saudi transfer this summer

Defender Kalidou Koulibaly was officially presented by Al Hilal. The transfer was confirmed by the Senegalese international’s previous club Chelsea, without a transfer fee being named.

Koulibaly joined Chelsea from Napoli last summer. In total, he played 32 games for the “blues”, while with Senegal, he reached the 1/8 finals of the World Cup in Qatar.

According to unofficial information, Chelsea will receive 23 million euros for Koulibaly.

In Al Hilal, the defender became a teammate with the Portuguese international Ruben Neves and is becoming one of the best defenders in the league that will have to face Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema as opponents once the season starts.
