Two goals from Mohamed Salah and Diogo Jota was enough for the Red to clinch the full 3 points and jump them to second in the table.
The Egyptian opened the scoring just before the break, picking up a pass from Darwin Nunez. It didn’t take him long as he netted his 10th Premier League goal off a Kostas Tsimikas cross. He could and should have had a hat-trick, but spurred a golden opportunity later on.
Jota rounded the final scoreline 3-0 in the closing stages.
Victory means Liverpool keep their 100% Anfield record this season and are with 27 points, tied with Manchester City, who plays later this afternoon against Chelsea.
