The Red Devils have three losses on five games

For the first time since 1989, Manchester United have lost three of their first five games at the start of a Premier League season.

Erik ten Hag’s team lost to Brighton (1:3) at Old Trafford in a match of the fifth round of the English championship.

Thus, the Red Devils have a total of three losses in the first five games of the beginning of the season. The last time Manchester United last lost three times after five rounds played was in 1989.

On September 23, Manchester United visit Burnley in a chance to turnover their bad record from the start of the season, but before that they will face Bayern Munich on September 20 in their first Champions League group stage game.
