“It happens when you’re being a competitor, man. You always want to feel you’re a part of the organization, helping the franchise and stuff like that,” claimed receiver DeVonta Smith, who was crucial for the triumph with 4 catches for 131 yards and a TD in the 34-28 win. “When these things happen during the match, it’s not bad. He’s not bashing anybody. He wants to do his best to help the organization and be the best teammate he can be.”
A.J., who ended the game with 4 catches for 29 yards on 6 targets, left the venue without speaking with the media.
“I think everybody wants to be involved as much as possible during the games and help us,” the Eagles quarterback shared after the victory.
