Diogo have been sent off after 2 challenges within 90 seconds, both on Tottenham’s player Destiny Udogie.
The panel concluded that the 2nd tackle on Udogie was not enough for Liverpool’s forward to get a 2nd yellow card from official Simon Hooper.
A vote was concluded as 3 of the panel voted in favor of the 2nd yellow card, which was a wrong decision, but 2 agreed with the booking.
The panel has 5 members, 3 ex-players and managers, 1 from the Premier League, and 1 from PGMOL.
Jurgen Klopp also claimed that Jota didn’t deserve a 2nd yellow card as the Reds head coach also didn’t agree with both red cards.
