Manchester City took a great advantage against Bayern Munich in their first Champions League quarter-final match in England, beating them 3-0.
Bayern Munich had the first clear chance in front of the goal, but Musiala’s shot was excellently blocked by Ruben Diaz.
Just a minute later Rodri received the ball outside the box and curled it beautifully in the top left corner, leaving Sommer no chance to make a save.

In the 34 minute Gundogan could’ve doubled City’s lead, but this time Sommer reacted perfectly on the ground and saved with his left leg.
20 minutes before the end Upamecano made a shocking mistake, gifting the ball to Julian Alvarez, who passed to Haaland and he was able to find Bernardo Silva with a fine cross in the area where the Portuguese headed the ball into the net for 2-0.
Just seven minutes later City continued their scoring run and Stones headed the ball down to Haaland who had the easiest job to send it past Sommer.
