Manchester City have made a £90m bid for Declan Rice amidst his and West Ham’s negotiations with Arsenal.
The 24-year-old is expected to head towards the Emirates, but the deal so far hasn’t gone as smoothly as planed.
Therefore, the Citizens are trying to take advantage of all the drama unfolding in hope of snatching the English international away from Arsenal’s hands.

City’s offer is believed to be around £80m initial payments, which is still lower than the £100m West Ham are requiring.
After Ilkay Gundogan’s departure Pep Guardiola is more keen to find his replacement and Rice seems the perfect fit.
