Arsenal got a dramatic 1-0 win against Brentford to get back on top of the English Premier League. The Gunners had to wait until the final minute of regular time to score the winner through Kai Havertz.
At the end of the first half, Arsenal players were happy, but it was short-lived as Leandro Trossard latched on to a clearance in front of goal and headed it into the net, but referee Tim Robinson then indicated that the goal would be reviewed by VAR for offside and there was one, so the goal was dissallowed.
In the 77th minute, a cross into the penalty area found Neal Moppe, who tried to send the ball into the left corner with his head, but a defender of the Gunners intervened and managed to clear it.
A minute before the end of regular time, Arsenal got their goal. Martin Odegaard passed back to Bukayo Saka, who sent the ball to Kai Havertz with a very good cross, and the German headed in for 0:1.
