Spanish side Barcelona have not given up on their intentions to get Lionel Messi back. At this stage, the deal seems difficult as the club is facing a financial crisis and have to declare revenues of 200 million this summer.
However, there is a possibility that the Argentine’s return to the Camp Nou could prove to be a mission possible. The striker’s contract with PSG expires in the summer and he will then become a free agent, meaning the compensation will not be required for his eventual return to the Blaugrana.

According to El Nacional, the Catalans can offer a salary of 200,000 euros per year, which makes 16,666 per month. The publication adds that when the world champion ends his career, “Los Cules” should organize a farewell match in his honor, and the TV rights, sponsorship contract, revenue from tickets and advertising should go entirely to Leo. This means that he will get roughly 100 million euros.
