Liverpool emerged victorious against Wolverhampton 3-1 to go briefly on top of the Premier League table on Saturday.
A flying start from the host saw them edge out in front as early as the 7th minutes, when Hwan Hee-Chan slotted the ball home with a calm finish off a brilliant run from Pedro Neto, who passed through half of Liverpool’s team.

It was a strong first half from Gary O’Neil’s men and they had plenty of chances to double their lead.
However, with the second half underway, the away team got transformed and started playing a much more aggressive and intense football.
That paid dividends as Cody Gakpo drew the game level as he collected a rebound shot from Mohamed Salah and drove t home from a yard out.
Late on, the Anfield team was at it again as Andrew Robertson sliced open goalkeeper’s Sa goal to put his team in front.
Liverpool wrapped it up in stoppage time after a Harvy Elliot’s sloppy shot took a deflection off from Bueno and breeze past Sa.
