The midfielder's wages will be triple as high
Mason Mount is set to receive huge pay rise at his new club Manchester United, reports say.
The former Chelsea player was sold to the Red Devils for £60m and it seems the 24-year-old will get a huge financial benefit from the deal.
Mount will sign a five-year contract worth £250,000-a-week with an option of one year extension.
In comparison to that, at Stamford Bridge Mount was being paid £80,000-a-week despite being named their best player for the 2020-21 and 2021-22 campaign.
If he delivers the performances Mount could even see hi wages rise to £300,000-a-week.
The 24-year-old was one of Erik Ten Hag’s primary targets as he was looking to strengthen the Red Devils’ midfield.
