The Blues extended Cole's deal by 2 seasons.

Cole Palmer has inked a new Chelsea deal to extend his stay with the Blues until 2033.

The 22-year-old attacker is now on a 9-year contract with improved terms after a sensational breakthrough campaign at Stamford Bridge.

Cole netted 25 goals and provided 15 assists in 45 matches during his 1st campaign with the Blues after a 42.5 million pound transfer from Man City in the past summer.

Chelsea wanted to reward the attacking midfielder, who netted in the 2-1 European Championship final loss against Spain in the past month, with a contract that will be revealed in a few days.

Cole is on the shortlist for the PFA Player and Young Player of the Year awards to be revealed in Salford in the upcoming week and won the EPL Young Player of the Campaign award for the past season.

Chelsea will play against his former team, Manchester City, on the opening day of the EPL campaign at the end of the weekend.
